Dry thin slices of kiwi, apple, pear and banana for two hours in
the drying oven or in a low-temperature hot air oven. They
must still be moist and smooth before use. Centrifuge the
berries. Add a splash of Crème de cassis to the juice. Fill the
chilled glasses with the juice.
On the dinner plate, in a circle and according to your own
inspiration: apple, pear, kiwi, hazelnut, walnut, currants,
blackberries, pomegranate seeds and everything dusted with
icing sugar. Place the chilled juice in the center of the plate and
serve. Serve just before the main course.
