Wash the trout, moisten with milk and roll in flour. Fry approximately 8 minutes on each side in butter with oil. Fry the sliced almonds in a dry pan. Add butter and chopped parsley and cook for two minutes. Place a trout on a plate and then spoon the almonds on top of it. Garnish with lemon wedges. Serve with bearnaise sauce, vegetables of your choise and Belgian fries.
