Sauté the onion, leek, fennel and garlic in
butter. Add white wine and fish broth. Pour
along with all the other ingredients in the soup
machine and finish.
Pour the hot soup into a wok, add the fish and
poach without boiling. Season to taste and
garnish with North Sea shrimps and chopped
with dill.
