Cut lean bacon, preferably petit salé, into very
fine dice. Fry them until crispy. You can also use
breakfast bacon or smoked bacon strips if you
like.
Add pre-cooked chestnuts, fry briefly and drain
the cooking liquid.
Press the crumble dough into the small buttered
and floured silicone cupcake cases. Cut off the
excess dough. Beat the eggs with cream and
cheese.
Now mix all the ingredients and spoon the
preparation into the cups. Bake for 25 minutes
in an oven at 210°C.
