Soak cinnamon and cloves in hot milk for 10 minutes and strain. Add broken chocolate, melt and keep warm. Beat cream until stiff with vanilla sugar. Make strong coffee. In a cup or tall glass: coffee, a dash of Baileys, chocolate milk, a scoop of cream and finish off with chocolate chips.
