Christmas coffee
Soak cinnamon and cloves in hot milk for 10 minutes and
strain. Add broken chocolate, melt and keep warm. Beat
cream until stiff with vanilla sugar. Make strong coffee.
In a cup or tall glass: coffee, a dash of Baileys, chocolate
milk, a scoop of cream and finish off with chocolate chips.
