Make soup of pumpkin, onion, leek with chicken
broth and season with salt and pepper. Whip
the cream until semi-solid. Pour the soup into a
preheated coffee pot.
In the center of a soup plate, place a spoonful
of cream and on top of it chopped ham,
Parmesan shavings and chopped parsley.
At the table, pour the soup into the plates and
present croutons.
