lemon garlic pasta cooked ham cubes baguette mushrooms cauliflower cherry tomatoes cabbage lettuce
Present the cauliflower florets, mini-mushrooms and cubes of cooked ham on a plate. Add a basket of sliced baguette and, as a side dish (not intended for the fondue pan), a salad bowl with sliced lettuce and halved cherry tomatoes. Your guests can now fill their skewers with baguette, vegetables and cold cuts as they wish.
Accompany it with a Swiss wine, the Fendant for example, but also a classic dry French white wine, because not everyone is fond of the Swiss alcoholic Alpine water.
