Basic preparation: cut the onion, celery and
garlic into thin pieces and simmer them in
butter. Add the mussel spices and a small
amount of water. Bring to the boil (fire at the
highest setting). Add the cleaned mussels in
one go and cover. Let boil for a few minutes
until steam comes from under the lid. Shake the
pot halfway moment. Check whether the
mussels have opened.

You can make that by adding a scoop of
mayonnaise with some mustard and vinegar.
