Buy the frogs legs frozen and unprepared.
Crush the peeled garlic cloves. Cut the shallots into very fine
brunoise. Chop the parsley.
Mix the butter at room temperature with this and the other
ingredients and put them together with the unfrozen frogs' legs
in a small casserole.
Put 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 185°C until the butter
starts bubbling. Serve with French bread.
