Heat up tomato juice and add a splash of
vodka. Season with celery salt, ground pepper
and Tabasco.
Add uncooked green celery cut into brunoise.
Stir one squeezed soaked gelatine leaf into the
preparation. Pour into individual jars and put in
the refrigerator.
Before serving, garnish with grated hard-boiled
egg, salmon slices, salmon eggs, a dollop of
sour cream and a sprig of dill.

prepared based on these ingredients. You
can offer it as an hors d'oeuvre in a series
