Halve the cherry tomatoes and empty them.
Push a teaspoon of tapenade into each tomato.
Put a ball of mozzarella on a cocktail stick and
a filled cherry tomato underneath.
Sprinkle the mozzarella ball with a mix of dried
parsley and garlic while turning it.
Place the lollipops in a tall glass on the table, or
as in the photo, put them in a wooden plate.

The tapenade requires the most cooking
time. Otherwise, you can put this board on
the aperitif table in no time.

Make the tapenade: rinse the capers well and
put them in the blender together with pitted
olives, an anchovy fillet and a few cloves of
