This is a 'forgotten' recipe with childhood memories. It starts
with the name: phonetically "korned bief" instead of the correct
English pronunciation.
The preparation is simple. Sauté sliced shallots with cherry
tomatoes and add the sliced corned beef.

Heat to a homogeneous mass. Season with some pepper.
