ice cream:
3 egg yolks
100 g caster sugar
bag of vanilla sugar
25 cl whole milk
25 cl full cream
Spoon one or two balls of vanilla ice cream into
a coupe.
Pour a glass of eggnog over it and finish with
dashes of chocolate sauce and a few chocolate
curls.
You can serve this according to the preferences
of the guest, with sprayed whipped cream and /
or fresh seasonal fruit.
The recipe for making your own ice cream:
beat the egg yolks with the sugars to a solid
mass.
Add the milk while stirring. Beat the cream
almost stiffly and spatulate it through the
mixture.
Pour this into the ice cream maker, set to 'ice'
and let it run for 45 minutes or until the machine
indicates that the ice cream is ready.
Store in a jar in the freezer.
